The main research directions: mineralogy and geochemistry of mining-industrial technogenesis.

V.N. Udachin headed the researches during the execution of the section “Geochemistry of the Environment” of the 5th framework scientific and technical program of the European Union, the project manager of the 7th framework program of the European Union. At present he is the organizer of the joint research projects of the UB-SB of RAS, integration, interdisciplinary and oriented fundamental researches of the UB RAS, grants of RFFR, RSF.
