<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Research subject. This article presents new research data on the structural features of the Llandovery and Wenlock Series in the Bezymyannyj Formation section at the Chernov Uplift. Materials and methods. The research was based on a layer by-layer section descriptions and representative collections of sedimentary rock samples containing fossil fauna, as well as obtained isotope data (δ13Ccarb and δ18Ocarb ). Results. Changes in sedimentation environments and the distribution of various groups of faunal remains were identified, along with positive deviations in carbon and oxygen isotopes within a 51.5 m thick stratigraphic interval. This indicates a hiatus in sedimentation and an ecosystem reorganization at the Llandovery–Wenlock boundary. These changes coincide with the global biotic and isotopic Ireviken Event. Conclusions. The analysis of the taxonomic composition of the biota, as well as the distribution of carbon and oxygen isotope values in the boundary deposits of the Llandovery–Wenlock Series of the Bezymyannyj Formation, as well as the performed bio-chemostratigraphic correlation with coeval deposits on the island of Gotland, in Podolia, Estonia, and China, indicates an Early Sheinwoodian Ireviken Event in the Bezymyannyj section at the Chernov Uplift.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лландовери</kwd><kwd>венлок</kwd><kwd>ругозы</kwd><kwd>брахиоподы</kwd><kwd>конодонты</kwd><kwd>изотопы C и O</kwd><kwd>событие Иревикен</kwd><kwd>поднятие Чернова</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Llandovery</kwd><kwd>Wenlock</kwd><kwd>brachiopods</kwd><kwd>conodonts</kwd><kwd>rugose</kwd><kwd>isotopes carbon and oxygen</kwd><kwd>Chernov Uplift</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследования проведены в соответствии с темой № 122040600008-5 государственного задания ИГ ФИЦ Коми НЦ УрО РАН</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was conducted within the framework of the projects No. 122040600008-5 of the Institute of Geology, Federal Research Centre Komi Scientific Centre UB, RAS</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Антошкина А.И.
